𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
This role delivers top-tier customer service to guests of Machine Guns Vegas, ensuring a safe, professional, and memorable shooting experience aligned with MGV and NRA safety standards.
Welcome guests and provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Conduct safety briefings before entering the range
• Supervise guests on the range, delivering a safe and enjoyable shooting session
• Encourage photo opportunities with firearms and recommend additional firearms as potential upgrades based on guest interest
• Conclude sessions by collecting PPE and assisting with transportation if needed
• Perform range inspections at opening and closing
• Clear brass and maintain a clean range environment
• Load ammunition magazines as needed
• Assist with general firearm maintenance and range cleaning tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDES EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):
· At least 18 years of age.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
· Must be able to lift/move heavy objects more than 50 pounds.
· Not disqualified from owning/possessing firearms (felonies, misdemeanor of domestic violence, drug usage, etc.)
· Firearms experience is a plus but not required.
· Excellent customer service skills a must.
· Must work well individually and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Must pass background check and drug test. (Marijuana not allowed per federal law)

This position requires observation of strict control measures to maintain safety around recognized occupational hazards.
